Dave Airey, and his company [Optimizing Technology Inc.] has been involved with Harlan Fairbanks since 1993, being responsible for the development and growth of our computer technology.  Dave made a big commitment to learn our business, and through communication with all our branches and staff, learned our needs.

Cyltron had our first ERP system installed by OTI in 1988.

Since that time we have upgraded, added and deleted functions with the help of the staff at OTI.  They not only understand, but also care about our specific requirements, and do their utmost to ensure we have the best system possible.

The staff at OTI has proven over and over again to be caring, honest and genuinely interested in our business.  They have given us terrific recommendations over the years to help us become even better.
