Before the official training begins, it is important to bring your implementation team up to speed on the results of the Fit Analysis and the capabilities of the new system.

Education - The "Why"

In order to successfully implement changes in your business, employees need to understand why the changes are being made. Our staff can give your company the necessary background education required to understand the principles behind MRP and ERP systems. We can also analyze your current systems and procedures and recommend strategies based on the best practices in the industry.

Training - The "How"

Once your staff understands the principles, they will be trained in how to use the tools that are part of the solution. We can provide this training on your site or at our training facility in Mississauga. The details will be worked out with your project leader during implementation planning.
